I enjoy the idea that a simple appreciation of a particular colour, created and displayed again in a seemingly simplistic way could become a piece of work that is incredibly difficult to view, as the interaction of lines and the boldness of colour causes the viewer to loss there bearings and depth of field within the piece. The act of labelling a colour, coding it and categorising it for easier use is explored in a piece that makes colour uncomfortable, difficult to process and handle in its division of space.
